Thousands of PCs are repaired in our workshop each year by our experienced team of IT professionals. We can find solutions to your computer problems and are seldom beaten on results or price.

We aim to turn around a repair within a week however repairs are often completed within 1 day. If you need your computer back to you quickly you can either use our next day guarantee, queue jump service or arrange to book a repair slot to guarantee the item being looked at within an agreed timescale. We have a minimum charge of £20 per item which can be waived at our discretion

At Home

We also offer call-outs by our experienced technicians at your home address. The majority of problems can be fixed on-site by one of our technicians. Occasionally we do recommend that we bring the repair back to the shop where we can perform hardware tests that can only be carried out in our workshop.

On-site visits vary in price depending on location, our call-out fee includes the first hour’s work which for the majority of jobs is all you need – please contact us for further details..
